audio programs can be purchased online and downloaded to your computer. These files can be copied to a CD for your convenience or you may choose to use the existing MP3 format in a player of your choice. If you are unable to download the programs you can also order CDs for delivery to your home.
Each person is unique, each healing experience is unique. Each Sonic-Healing
program is especially designed for the specific condition to be treated. With appropriate “tuning” and healing energies our bodies (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) are capable of returning to a healthy state.
Each program consists of 5 Tracks:
- Track 1 is an introduction to the program.
- Track 2 provides instructions for preparation for tracks 3 and 4.
- Track 3 is a Sonic Blessing.
- Track 4 is Sonic-Healing
.
- Track 5 is Assimilation - a period which allows full penetration of the Sonic Treatment.

The full program for each condition is approximately an hour in length. An individual treatment can be as short as 20 minutes but longer periods are recommended. It is suggested that the program be used three times a week, but programs can be modified based on individual needs. Detailed Instructions are included with every program, as well as guidelines and suggestions for a full lifestyle review.
Teleclasses are recommended for all persons using the Sonic-Healing programs, as they provide helpful support, further education and the benefit of others’ collective experience.
